Lately I look at Jesse and get quite emotional. He looks at me with those big brown eyes and I have to catch my breath because I see more of a handsome young man and less of a little boy. It is happening so fast. It's going TOO fast. I love this age. I love to watch him learn things that I remember learning when I was his age. He loves reading... more than I ever hoped for. He is only 6 months away from being baptized and I think he is most excited to start eating that darn bread off of the sacrament tray! We read scriptures with the kids every morning and just when I think there is no way he understood a thing I read, he comes up with these very detailed questions about what I just read. He is so eager to give. He loves to create, collect, and question. I am never bored when I'm with this kid. I'm so proud of you Jesse!

Seriously, Jesse would be almost like living with a miniature adult. The kid is deep, and ALIVE, and imaginative beyond any creation Hollywood could ever conjure up. He has so much talent just waiting to come to the surface....can't wait to see what he has to offer the world as an adult, cause he sure jazzes it up as a child:)
My little grandson, growing up very fast...but, he still starts every greeting with a hug (truth be known he would get tickled if he didn't give grandpa a hug), and then in high energy says, "you know what grandpa" repeated 3 times or so while he is creating his verbal masterpiece to share with me....Love you lots Jesse!
